I agree, he simply restated Ken W. Thomas's work, published 10 years earlier. "Intrinsic Motivation at Work". Thomas has been at the forefront of this before Pink hopped on with his 'big idea'. Just restating the intrinsic motivation model articulated by Thomas: Meaning, choice, competency, progress. Get Thomas's book. It's good. And guess what, he's actually a published author, researcher, Phd,...
