There is no excuse for the richest nation in the world to be so negiligent of the needs of so many people that a non-profit, all volunteer emergency medical crew that normally serves third-world countries has to run missions here. I only thank god that I have not gotten sick and even if I do there are people who can help (if it's not catastrophic.)
